Information we may receive
This website offers booking and photo-quote request forms but does not offer customer accounts or online checkout. If you submit a request, call, text, or authorize service, you may provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, contact preference, vehicle year, make and model, service location, requested service, preferred timing, appointment details, signature, payment status, job notes, and a vehicle photo you choose to upload.
We may also retain before-and-after vehicle photographs, condition documentation, signed agreements, quotes, invoices, receipts, and warranty records needed to perform and document the work. Quote photos are available to authorized staff in the private admin area. Sending a quote photo does not grant permission to publish it; public use of identifiable customer material is handled according to the photo-release choice recorded for the job.
Our hosting and communications providers may automatically process limited technical information—such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and pages requested—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
How information is used

We do not include customer names, phone numbers, addresses, or booking notes in the analytics events we send. The private admin area uses an authentication cookie. Our hosting provider may also use operational or security technologies to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is available only to authorized Fat Boy staff and may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling, payment processing, or business operations; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and property.
